How long will it take to get my new swimsuit?
At MONARQ by Monica Lyn all of styles are handmade by highly skilled, highly trained experts. Please allow 7-10 days for your order to be shipped.
What is your return policy?
At MONARQ by Monica Lyn we guarantee 100% satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
Unless the item is defective the product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. All swimwear products must come back with tags and sanitary liner in tact. For apparel, items must have their tags, not be worn, washed or otherwise used.
If there is an issue of receiving the wrong item or you have an item that is defective beyond normal wear and tear please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@monicalyn.com.
Please complete the entire return form on the reverse side of the packing slip included with our packing slips in your shipment and ship your returned merchandise back to the address provided using our pre-paid return shipping label.
Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the return items are deemed defective.
If you do not have a packing slip or the return pre-paid shipping label please email customer service at customerservice@monicalyn.com and we will email you a return form and label.
International Returns
We’re sorry but we can't accommodate Returns or Exchanges on International orders.
Exchanges
Have an item you'd like to exchange? Simply fill out the return form and send us an email so we can get a new order placed for you and shipped right away while your original order ships back to our fulfillment center. The product must not be worn, washed or otherwise used. All swimwear products must come back with tags and sanitary liner in tact.
